1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services provided by Unity Voyages ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Services & Intermediary Role

Unity Voyages provides luxury travel concierge, retreat planning, and executive travel coordination services ("Services"). Unity Voyages acts solely as an intermediary between clients ("Client," "you," or "your") and third-party travel suppliers (including, but not limited to, hotels, resorts, private villas, cruise lines, airlines, ground transportation providers, and tour operators).

3. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

• All bookings and travel itineraries are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

• A deposit or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations.

• Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise specified in your written booking agreement.

• Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change by third-party suppliers prior to formal confirmation.

 

4. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing directly to Unity Voyages.

• Refunds, credits, or cancellation fees are governed strictly by the individual terms and policies of the respective third-party suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, transportation, etc.).

• Unity Voyages charges no administrative penalties beyond supplier-imposed fees, but deposits or service fees paid directly for custom concierge planning may be non-refundable. No refunds are issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

 

5. Travel Requirements & Documentation

Clients are exclusively responsible for obtaining and holding valid passports, entry visas, health certificates, and any legal documents required for entry into destination countries or regions. Unity Voyages accepts no liability for denied boarding, entry refusal, or customs delays.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• The Materials and Services on this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Unity Voyages is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

• We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss.

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unity Voyages, its owner, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages, or attorney fees arising out of your breach of these Terms or improper conduct during travel.

 

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Unity Voyages. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to view and print content solely for personal travel planning. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website and engage our services.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
